Convert PDF to PowerPoint Template and Prompt

PowerPoint Template Designer + AI Prompt We are looking for an experienced PowerPoint designer to convert an existing PDF presentation into a professional, reusable PowerPoint theme and template with AI Prompt we can re use to ensure the quality is there. The final presentation should exactly match the visual design of the PDF while ensuring that all slides, layouts, text, graphics, and content elements are fully editable and work correctly within PowerPoint. ## Scope of Work * Recreate the PDF’s visual style in Microsoft PowerPoint. * Build a reusable PowerPoint theme with consistent fonts, colors, spacing, and formatting. * Create functional Slide Master layouts for common slide types. * Ensure text, images, charts, tables, icons, and other elements are editable. * Verify that existing content displays correctly and remains visually appealing. * Improve slide consistency and usability where necessary. * Use AI-assisted design or content tools when helpful while maintaining professional quality. * Test the completed template to ensure it works properly when new slides and content are added. ## Deliverables * A fully editable PowerPoint presentation based on the provided PDF. * A reusable PowerPoint theme/template file. * Properly configured Slide Master and custom layouts. * Functional and editable presentation content. * Any required fonts, asset instructions, or usage guidelines. * A final quality-control review of the presentation. * AI Prompt to generate this in a repeatable pattern ## Ideal Candidate * Strong experience designing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint. * Demonstrated experience creating PowerPoint themes, templates, and Slide Master layouts. * Ability to accurately reproduce designs from PDF files. * Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy. * Experience using AI tools to support presentation design or content formatting. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to create templates that are visually polished, functional, and easy for others to reuse.
