Convert PNG Map to Editable Vector File

I'm looking for a graphic designer who can recreate a map from a high-resolution PNG and convert it into a fully editable vector file. Project Details: I have a map exported as a high-quality PNG. The map contains many small location dots/markers. The goal is to recreate the map as a clean vector graphic. All location dots will need to be updated and recreated as vector elements. Final deliverable should be a fully editable vector file (AI, SVG, EPS, or similar). Requirements: Strong vector illustration skills. Experience recreating graphics from raster images. Ability to maintain accuracy and clean alignment of map locations. Please provide examples of similar vector conversion work if available. Budget: To be completely transparent, this project is straightforward and price is my primary deciding factor.
