Convert Synthwave PNGs to SVG

I need two related PNG graphics converted into clean, scalable SVG files. Both share the same synthwave/80s style, so common assets like palm trees, skyline, and sun can likely be reused between the files. The first graphic includes a detailed Florida state seal, an intricate alligator skin texture fill, and complex neon borders. The second graphic features the text “TASK FORCE SEMINOLE” with distressed brush-stroke edges, metallic gradients, and fine water reflections. I’m looking for someone who can preserve the visual quality and detail while creating clean, reusable SVG files. Requirements -Strictly manual vector tracing using Adobe Illustrator. No raw automated image traces, as the distressed text edges and textures will become messy. -Proper handling of the complex neon glows and metallic text gradients using clean gradient fills or meshes. -Deliverables must include organized, layered source files (.ai) and the final scalable vector files (.svg).
