Convert Word Document to InDesign

Job Description: I am seeking an experienced freelancer to convert a Microsoft Word document into a professional Adobe InDesign file. Project Details: The Word document is currently ~40 pages / ~8,000 words and is not expected to grow significantly: Maintain all original text and content exactly (no rewriting). I have an InDesign template I like that can be used as a starting point. I’m open to your creative improvements for layout, typography, and overall design as long as it remains clean, professional, and client-friendly. Final deliverables needed: Fully editable InDesign file. Interactive PDF version with fillable form fields (for users to type answers directly). Print-ready version optimized for both home printing and commercial printing (MagCloud, 8.25" x 10.75" with perfect binding). Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign. Experience with document conversion, interactive PDFs, and print-ready layouts. Attention to detail and ability to preserve content integrity.
