Convert 4 basement floor plans (PDF) to AutoCAD DWG with measurement corrections

We are evaluating potential partners for a drafting project related to the renovation of residential buildings in Switzerland. This posting serves as a request for quotation (RFQ) to understand realistic pricing and delivery times before final project confirmation. Scope of work (expected): Redraw 4 basement floor plans (A0 PDFs) into clean, editable AutoCAD DWG files Apply measurement corrections provided in a separate control document Maintain a structured layer setup (walls, fixtures, text, dimensions, etc.) Prepare layout in A0 format, metric units (mm) Deliverables: 4 DWG files (AutoCAD 2018 or newer) + combined PDF set for review No 3D / IFC required – 2D only We will provide: 4 PDF floor plans Measurement control with verified dimensions Reference example for layer structure (optional) Quality expectations: Dimensional accuracy ± 5 mm (based on control file) Clean geometry (no duplicates or broken lines) Logical layer naming and line weights Timeline: Expected start → end of October 2025 Expected duration → approx. 1–2 weeks once confirmed Budget range: Please provide your fixed-price quotation. Estimated reference range ≈ USD 900 – 1 200 total for all 4 plans, depending on quality and turnaround time. Preferred communication: We prefer communication in German (written or spoken).
