Coordinator for a network of Spanish YouTube channels — long-term role with growth

I'm a YouTube content creator and I run a network of Spanish-language channels focused on short-form video (Shorts). I'm looking for someone to join the team long-term, learn the format with us, and gradually take on more responsibility. You don't need to be an expert in YouTube or in this type of content — we'll teach you that. What I'm really looking for is someone smart, who learns fast, with drive and a real desire to grow, someone who treats the project as their own. What you'll do (building up as you master the work): – Find and select the viral Shorts worth replicating and pass the best ones to the team. – Review and give feedback on the editors' work: audio, subtitles, pacing, and making sure the concept is clear. – Schedule and upload the videos to the channels, choosing which one each video fits best. – Over time, take on the overall coordination: optimizing formats, tracking analytics, coordinating editors, and helping launch new channels. At the start you'll work closely with the person who currently runs the operation, who will teach you everything. What I'm looking for (this is what matters most): – Intelligence and the ability to learn fast. If something is explained once, you get it. – Drive and an ownership mindset: you treat the project as your own, look at the numbers, and suggest improvements without needing to be pushed. – High, steady availability and good communication throughout the day. – A long-term commitment. This isn't a one-off gig; I want to build something with someone. – You're comfortable with the internet, social media, and YouTube in general (that's enough — the rest can be learned). Compensation: This is a long-term role with pay that grows based on results. You start with a base and, as you contribute and master the work, the pay increases significantly (this is exactly what happened with the person who currently runs the operation).
