UX Copy Reviewer for Web Pages (Pricing, Service Plans & Comparison Charts)

About us We're a household payroll and tax service. We help everyday families handle payroll and taxes when they hire someone to work in their home, like a nanny, a senior caregiver, or a house manager. Most of our clients have never dealt with this before, so our whole brand is built on making complicated tax and payroll rules feel simple and human. Warm, clear, and never talking down to anyone. What we need We're building out several new web pages and we want a sharp second set of eyes to review the copy before it goes live. This is a review-and-improve role, not writing from scratch. You'll read what we've drafted and tell us what's working, what's confusing, and how to make it clearer and more persuasive. The pages you'd be reviewing include things like: • Service plan pages • Pricing and service cards • A service tier comparison chart • A competitor comparison chart We expect this to be ongoing and as-needed as we roll out and refresh pages, not a one-time project. If we work well together, we'll keep coming back to you. You're a great fit if you • Have written or reviewed pricing pages, plans, or comparison charts before (please point us to a sample) • Know how to make a complicated offer easy to scan and easy to trust • Write in plain, friendly language and can spot jargon a mile away • Are comfortable giving honest, specific feedback, not just "looks good" • Bonus: experience with finance, tax, insurance, or professional-services copy How to apply 1.
