Copyeditor for Fantasy Novel

I am looking for a copyeditor for my 90 000 word debut fantasy novel. The novel has two narrators, one of whom needs to sound colloquial. I am looking for someone who can enhance readability while maintaining his voice in particular. I would love for someone to start with a sample edit of around 1000 words before going on to edit the entire manuscript. I am of course willing to pay for the sample edit. I would ensure the sample edit has text from both narrators so you have a better sense of the project and if you would like to take it on. I can provide a list of the made up terms and character names so that ensuring spelling continuity is relatively easy. I am Canadian so have used Canadian English. If you don't have a Canadian English style sheet at hand, I can provide one. I am hoping the turnaround on the full edit could be relatively quick: 2-4 weeks? If after the sample edit you find this unrealistic, please do let me know.
