Copywriter/Editor Needed — F&B Manuals (SOPs, Training, Recipes) | Sample-Based Vetting

We're hiring for a project editing and proofreading F&B operational documents (SOPs, training manuals, recipes, brand standards, marketing content) for a coffee/restaurant brand client in Dubai. Before awarding the contract, we need to see your work. To apply, please share: 2-3 before-and-after samples — original page next to your edited version, showing improvements in grammar, tone, clarity, and formatting. F&B, coffee, cafe, or restaurant industry samples preferred (any market, US included). Redact any confidential details (client names, recipes, pricing) before sharing. If you have full sample manuals from past F&B projects, include those too — big plus.
