Summary

We are looking for a French speaker Copywriter to support our creative team across both strategy and production. This is not an entry-level role and we need someone who already has a functional baseline and is ready to contribute immediately. You will work directly with leadership and creative production as a strategic operator, not a passive executor. Your work will directly influence revenue, brand perception, and growth in the U.S. market. What you will do: - Develop structured creative briefs for video editors, including hooks, angles, scripts, references, key claims, pacing, and B-roll references so editors know exactly what to use. - Source strong and relevant B-roll footage across platforms including stock libraries, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, competitor ads, and other relevant sources. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of all assets available in our Drive (past footage, current creatives, product videos, creator content) to maximize reuse and efficiency. - Create AI-generated visuals, illustrations, and images when needed using tools such as Higgsfield, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Seedance, or similar platforms. - Collaborate closely with video editors to ensure execution follows the brief, aligns with the concept, and meets quality standards. - Conduct market and competitor research to identify winning concepts and creative insights. - Produce basic static creatives (image ads) when needed. - Help create iterations of winning concepts and scripts. - Assist in planning, analyzing, and optimizing creative performance for Meta Ads. - Support the creation of landing pages, ad copy, and other brand-aligned assets. - Organize and maintain a streamlined creative pipeline to ensure speed and consistency. - Adapt quickly based on performance data, iterate, test, and scale what works. Ideal skills and experience: - Fluent in French and in English, both written and spoken. - Proven experience with e-commerce or DTC brands. - Ability to write clear, actionable briefs for video editors - Strong understanding of Meta Ads fundamentals, creative testing, performance metrics, and audience behavior - Basic design skills to produce simple static creatives - Comfortable using AI tools for visual creation - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Highly organized and able to manage multiple creative cycles simultaneously - Proactive, resourceful, and motivated. We do not want someone who only waits for instructions. We need someone proactive, resourceful, and motivated to work, someone who can take initiative, find solutions, and help the creative team move faster. Ideally, this person should also be comfortable using AI tools for visual creation and able to understand why certain ads or concepts work, so they can help us iterate intelligently instead of creating random new ideas. The main goal is to find someone who can help with the execution side of creative production while still having enough marketing sense to understand the strategy behind the briefs. How to Apply?
