The writer should be able to craft compelling, professional copy that resonates with landowners, buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and strategic partners. The work includes website content, landing pages, investor materials, presentations, LOIs, brochures, email campaigns, and marketing collateral, using industry-specific language that clearly communicates our value proposition, builds trust, and drives engagement and conversions.
