We're looking for a detail-oriented SEO Content Review Specialist to audit, edit, and improve content across our legal client portfolio — primarily personal injury law firms. You'll work closely with our content and SEO teams to ensure every page meets current Google quality standards, demonstrates E-E-A-T, and drives organic performance. I would like someone with experience in legal, medical and/or CBD content. Responsibilities: • Review and edit SEO-optimized content for Personal Injury and workers' compensation law firm clients for accuracy, clarity, and search intent alignment • Conduct content audits to identify thin, outdated, or underperforming pages and recommend improvements • Apply E-E-A-T best practices — especially for YMYL (legal) content — to ensure compliance with Google's helpful content guidelines • Use proprietary tools to create content that upholds brand voice, legal accuracy, and keyword strategy across all content • Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking • Track content performance via Google Search Console and reporting dashboards, flagging pages that need refresh • Maintain and enforce content style guides and SOPs for each client • Support location page and practice area page buildouts for multi-state law firm clients Who we're looking for: • 2+ years of experience in SEO content editing, content strategy, or content management — legal or medical niches strongly preferred • Working knowledge of on-page SEO principles, keyword research, and search intent • Familiarity with E-E-A-T and YMYL content standards • Comfortable using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Surfer SEO • Strong written English, editing eye, and ability to give structured feedback to writers • Highly organized and able to manage multiple client content pipelines simultaneously • Experience working in a remote, async-first environment • Bonus: background or interest in personal injury law, legal marketing, or lead generation P.s. please film a 15-45 second video explaining why you would be a fit for the position
