As Barie.ai grows, we are looking for a skilled Part-Time Copywriter who can turn complex AI concepts into clear, engaging, and memorable content. About the Role We are looking for a versatile copywriter with strong experience writing across multiple industries, with particular expertise in artificial intelligence, large language models, AI agents, automation, and emerging technologies. You should be equally comfortable writing a sharp website headline, an insightful LinkedIn post, a product feature page, a thought leadership article, or a campaign concept. This role requires more than grammatically correct writing. We need someone who understands positioning, audience psychology, brand storytelling, and how to communicate technical products without making them sound complicated, generic, or overly promotional. Key Responsibilities Brand and Website Copy ● Write and refine website pages, landing pages, product pages, feature descriptions, and calls to action. ● Translate technical AI capabilities into clear, compelling benefits for business audiences. ● Help develop a consistent and distinctive voice for Barie.ai. ● Create messaging that strengthens Barie.ai’s positioning in the global AI market. ● Collaborate on product naming, taglines, headlines, value propositions, and campaign concepts. Social Media Content ● Write engaging content for LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms. ● Develop posts around AI trends, LLMs, AI agents, workplace automation, productivity, and the future of work. ● Turn product updates and technical developments into interesting social narratives. ● Create content that encourages conversation rather than simply promoting the product. ● Adapt copy for static posts, carousels, videos, short-form content, and founder-led thought leadership. Long-Form and Educational Content ● Write blogs, opinion pieces, guides, reports, case studies, newsletters, and thought leadership content. ● Research complex AI topics and explain them in simple, accurate language. ● Develop content around subjects such as: ○ Large language models ○ Multi-agent AI systems ○ Generative AI ○ AI automation ○ AI assistants and copilots ○ Agentic workflows ○ AI orchestration ○ Business process automation ○ AI adoption and governance ○ The future of work ○ Enterprise AI applications ● Support search-focused content while maintaining strong readability and editorial quality. Product and Campaign Copy ● Write product announcements, launch campaigns, onboarding copy, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional assets. ● Create multiple copy directions for campaigns and test different messaging angles. ● Work closely with marketing, design, product, and leadership teams. ● Maintain consistency across every customer touchpoint. Required Experience ● Proven professional experience in copywriting, content writing, brand writing, or a related role. ● A strong portfolio demonstrating work across different formats and industries. ● Previous experience writing for AI, SaaS, software, technology, or B2B brands. ● A practical understanding of large language models, generative AI, AI agents, and automation. ● The ability to understand technical information and communicate it to non-technical audiences. ● Excellent command of written English, grammar, tone, structure, and storytelling. ● Experience writing website copy, social media content, campaigns, and long-form articles. ● Strong research skills and the ability to verify technical claims before using them. ● The ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate: ● Understands that strong copy begins with strategy, not wordplay. ● Can make AI content sound intelligent without making it difficult to understand. ● Avoids generic phrases such as “revolutionary,” “game-changing,” and “powered by cutting-edge AI” unless there is a meaningful reason to use them. ● Knows how to balance creativity, clarity, technical accuracy, and commercial goals. ● Can shift naturally between professional, conversational, educational, and thought leadership tones. ● Follows developments across the AI industry and understands how the market is evolving. ● Brings original ideas instead of recycling familiar technology narratives. ● Is comfortable challenging weak messaging and suggesting stronger alternatives. Nice to Have ● Experience working with an AI startup or early-stage technology company. ● Familiarity with multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, AI APIs, RAG, model orchestration, or AI workflow platforms. ● Experience writing founder-led content for LinkedIn. ● Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and content designed for AI search visibility. ● Experience working with international B2B audiences. ● Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Notion, and collaborative content platforms. Expected Deliverables Depending on the content calendar, deliverables may include: ● Website and landing page copy ● Product and feature descriptions ● Social media posts and carousels ● Thought leadership articles ● SEO-focused blogs ● Email campaigns ● Product launch copy ● Video scripts
