Corporate Cash Manager / Treasury Operations SME (Cash Desk) Engagement: roughly 8 to 12 weeks, 10 to 20 hrs/week, remote We're looking for a corporate cash management expert to help design and validate realistic treasury workflows for an AI simulation environment. The ideal candidate has run corporate cash operations day to day, as a Cash Manager or alongside one, on a modern treasury or ERP platform such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, or Kyriba. You can explain how a cash manager works. For example, which screens and functions they rely on, what outputs they produce, what makes a task realistic, and what edge cases or mistakes should be captured. You'd validate task ideas, review workflows for realism, flag missing data sources, and share practical workflows. For example, daily cash positioning, bank statement reconciliation, short-term liquidity forecasting, controlled payment runs and approvals, and cash pooling or concentration. Good fit if you can answer: What would a cash manager do to take the position from open to funded, and where does the work hand off, whether to the treasurer, accounting, or connectivity? Which screens, reports, or out-of-system tools such as Excel or bank portals would they rely on at each step? What separates a correct end state, for example a funded account or a defended forecast, from a poor call, and what's the judgment behind it? What would make a workflow unrealistic or too shallow, or look "reconciled"/"funded" while a stale record or missing import means it's wrong?
