This is **not** a role for someone who simply checks boxes or says "no" to everything. I'm looking for someone with strong judgment who understands that business law often involves interpretation, risk management, and practical decision-making. I want someone who is ethical, professional, and committed to keeping my companies compliant—but who also understands how to navigate regulations in a way that protects the business while taking advantage of every legal opportunity available.
