Corporate Presentation & Proposal Designer - Big 4 Management Consulting
Worldwide
We are a UK-based technology and digital transformation consultancy looking for an experienced Corporate Presentation & Proposal Designer to support us on an ongoing basis. We regularly prepare client proposals, tender responses, capability decks, transformation roadmaps, strategy presentations and executive-level documents for UK businesses, charities and other organisations. We are looking for someone who can transform raw content, Word documents, tender requirements and existing PowerPoint slides into high-quality, professional corporate presentations comparable in structure and visual quality to leading management consulting and Big Four firms. This is not simply a graphic-design or Canva role. The successful candidate must understand executive communication, business storytelling and how to structure information so that senior stakeholders can quickly understand the message. Key Responsibilities Design professional corporate PowerPoint presentations and proposals. Transform raw business content into clear, visually compelling executive slides. Improve the overall storyline, structure and flow of presentations. Create strong executive-summary and key-message slides. Convert text-heavy material into diagrams, frameworks, process flows, roadmaps and infographics. Develop professional current-state / future-state, transformation and operating-model visuals. Create timelines, implementation plans, workstream views and governance models. Present commercial/pricing information professionally. Design compelling client case studies and credentials slides. Create proposal/tender presentations tailored to the client's brand and requirements. Develop reusable corporate templates for future EnR presentations. Maintain consistent fonts, spacing, alignment, icons and visual hierarchy. Proofread presentations and ensure a polished, client-ready finish. Work with our team to incorporate feedback quickly when proposals have tight submission deadlines. Types of Presentations Typical assignments will include: Tender and RFP responses Client proposals Corporate capability decks Digital transformation proposals IT strategy presentations CRM/ERP proposals Data & AI presentations Market-entry/GTM decks Executive board presentations Business cases Partnership proposals Project roadmaps Programme governance decks Case studies and credentials Sales pitch decks Most presentations will typically be 10–30 slides, although some tender responses may be longer. Design Standard We Expect We are looking for a management-consulting style, characterised by: Clean and sophisticated layouts Strong visual hierarchy Executive-level storytelling Minimal unnecessary decoration Effective use of white space Consistent typography Professional diagrams and frameworks High-quality charts and data visualisation Clear takeaway headlines Limited text where possible Strong alignment and spacing Consistent corporate branding The finished presentation should feel suitable for presentation to a CEO, CIO, CFO, Board or senior procurement/evaluation panel. Important: Storytelling Capability We do not want someone who only makes existing slides look attractive. You should be able to take content such as: “The client's existing technology landscape consists of multiple disconnected applications, manual processes, duplicate data and limited management visibility.” and transform it into a professional consulting-style slide with: Current State → Business Impact → Future State → Expected Outcome We expect you to challenge poor slide structures and recommend better ways of communicating the message. Required Skills The ideal freelancer should have: Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills. Strong corporate/consulting presentation design experience. Excellent business storytelling capability. Experience designing proposals, tenders or executive presentations. Ability to understand business and technology terminology. Excellent attention to detail. Strong written English. Excellent layout, typography and visual hierarchy skills. Ability to create professional diagrams and infographics. Ability to work with brand guidelines. Ability to work independently from relatively unstructured source material. Ability to turn around revisions quickly. Experience supporting management consulting, Big Four, technology consulting, SaaS, professional services or corporate strategy teams would be highly desirable. Tools Strong capability in Microsoft PowerPoint is mandatory. Experience with the following would be advantageous: Adobe Illustrator Figma Canva Excel Think-cell or similar charting tools AI-assisted presentation/research tools However, the final deliverable must normally be provided as a fully editable PowerPoint file, not simply exported images or a PDF. What We Will Provide Depending on the assignment, we may provide: Raw Word/PDF content Tender/RFP documents Existing PowerPoint decks Client requirements Brand guidelines Company information Screenshots Commercial information Feedback and strategic direction We expect the freelancer to transform these inputs into a coherent, professional presentation rather than simply copying the supplied text onto slides. Deliverables For each assignment, we typically expect: Fully editable PowerPoint presentation Client-ready PDF Consistent master/template Editable diagrams and charts Correctly formatted tables Appropriate high-quality licensed/free-to-use imagery and icons Final quality and consistency check All source files must be handed over upon completion. Long-Term Opportunity We regularly prepare proposals and client presentations, so this is not intended to be a one-off assignment. For the right freelancer, we are interested in establishing an ongoing relationship where they become familiar with our branding and can support us with proposals and presentations on relatively short notice. How to Apply Please include the following with your application: 3 examples of your best corporate/consulting presentations. At least one example of a proposal, tender, strategy or executive presentation rather than a generic sales deck. Explain whether you were responsible only for design or also helped improve the storyline and content structure. Tell us about any experience working with consulting, technology or professional-services organisations. Confirm that final PowerPoint slides will be fully editable. Confirm your typical turnaround time for a 15–20 slide presentation. Provide your hourly rate or typical fixed price for a 15–20 slide deck. Please start your application with the words: “Executive Presentation” Applications without relevant corporate presentation examples may not be considered.
