UK Corporate Solicitor for Share Buyback

We are looking for a UK corporate solicitor or experienced UK company-law professional to prepare a simple Companies Act 2006 compliant share buyback document pack for a private limited company. The company is a UK private company limited by shares with three individual shareholders, each holding one ordinary share. The company intends to buy back one shareholder’s single ordinary share and cancel it, leaving the two remaining shareholders owning 50/50. The buyback will likely be funded by shareholder loans from one of the two remaining shareholders, so we also need simple shareholder loan documentation.
