Corporate Travel Agent/Coordinador

This is NOT a commission or sales position. We are a management and logistics corporate travel company. We deal directly with corporate clients and big groups, as well as multiple projects at the same time. This is a TEMP position for 3 months with the possibility to extend. This is a remote position, work from anywhere. We don’t care we you are, or if you clock in or not, we just need you to efficiently self manage your time and complete the daily tasks that will be assigned to you within work hours. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel, including researching and booking accommodations, and some flights within our client’s budget. You will also ensure that all travel policies and procedures are followed. We currently have clients in multiple continents. Spanish is a huge PLUS, but not a must. Schedule is: Monday - Friday / 9:00am to 6:00pm (Costa Rica time) Some weekends might be required depending on client’s needs (but not often). Monthly salary of: USD $1100 This will be divided in biweekly payments. Open Positions: 2 Responsibilities: • Research, book and coordinate all international travel arrangements for our clients. • Monitor prices to ensure cost efficiency • Ensure compliance with company policies when booking travel/ follow workflow. • Provide timely updates on any changes in travel plans or delays Requirements: Critical Thinking Huge Problem Solver Must be 18 years or older Native or fluent English Speaker Experience needed You will use your our equipment (Computer).
