Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio Expert Needed (1-on-1 Coaching)

I’m looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot consultant to provide one-on-one coaching over Zoom. This is not a development project. I’m not looking for someone to build a solution for me. I’m looking for someone who can teach me how to build solutions myself while helping me understand Microsoft’s ecosystem. I regularly work with enterprise clients and train business users on Microsoft 365 Copilot. I already have a solid understanding of prompting, AI workflows, and Microsoft Copilot. I’m looking to move to the next level. My goal is to become confident answering business questions such as: * Can Microsoft 365 Copilot do this? * Should this be built as an Agent? * Is this a Copilot Studio solution? * Is this really a Power Automate workflow? * What are the current platform limitations? * What are the best workarounds? I’m looking for someone who has real-world implementation experience—not someone who simply knows the Microsoft documentation. Topics I’d Like to Cover * Microsoft 365 Copilot best practices * Agent Builder * Building reusable agents * Knowledge sources * SharePoint and OneDrive integration * Agent limitations * Current licensing limitations * Prompt engineering for business workflows * Copilot Studio * Power Automate * Enterprise workflow design * Choosing the correct Microsoft tool for a business problem I don’t want a product tour. I want practical coaching using realistic business scenarios. Each session should include: * Live screen sharing * Building solutions together * Demonstrating best practices * Explaining WHY one Microsoft technology should be used instead of another * Homework between sessions The engagement will likely consist of approximately five training sessions over several weeks. I’ll begin by hiring for the first session only. If we’re a good fit, I’ll continue the engagement for the remaining sessions. Please answer the following in your proposal 1. I’m looking for someone who enjoys teaching, understands how businesses actually use these tools, and can help me become much more confident designing the right solution for the right problem.
