Overview VSCO is engaging a freelance videographer/photographer to produce a short-form employer brand video for use on VSCO's careers page. The project includes on-site production at VSCO's San Francisco offices over two days, delivery of all raw and edited assets, and the creation of a final 2-minute video. Scope of Work The freelancer will capture b-roll footage of VSCO team members at work, conduct and record on-camera interviews with team members about their experience at VSCO, and capture supporting photography of the office, team, and culture. In post-production, the freelancer will edit all footage into a final 2-minute video optimized for web use, including color grading and audio mixing. All raw footage, b-roll, and photography will be delivered in high-resolution formats for future use. Schedule The engagement covers two shoot days at VSCO's San Francisco offices. Dates to be mutually agreed upon in writing prior to the start of the engagement. Travel & Expenses The freelancer is responsible for all costs related to travel, lodging, and per diem. VSCO will not reimburse travel or living expenses. Deliverables • Final 2-minute edited employer brand video • All raw and unedited video footage and photography from both shoot days • Full b-roll library, organized and labeled • Edited photography selects from the shoot • All assets delivered in high-resolution formats suitable for future production use Intellectual Property & Rights VSCO shall own all rights, title, and interest in all footage, photography, and work product created under this engagement, including all raw materials and the final video. This is a work-for-hire arrangement. The freelancer retains no rights to use, license, or distribute any materials without prior written consent from VSCO.
