Ideal Candidate Based in China or with deep, active relationships with Chinese cosmetic factories Prior experience sourcing skincare, cream, or lotion products specifically Communicates in Mandarin with factories and English with us Understands basic cosmetic formulation (emulsions, actives, preservation systems) Delivers a structured comparison report, not just a list of names Does NOT rely on Alibaba listings alone — direct factory contacts preferred
