Cosmetic Factory Inspection & Quality Control (Italy)

About Us: Lifestyle Holding is a UK-based beauty group with a portfolio of cosmetic and hair care brands distributed across the MENA region. We are looking for an experienced quality control company or consultant in Italy to perform factory inspections and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for products manufactured by our partner factories. Scope of Work: The selected service provider will: • Visit factories in Italy before shipment release • Conduct quality inspections during production, filling, or final packing stages • Compare current production batches with approved samples and previous orders • Verify product consistency, packaging quality, labeling, and overall product performance • Identify and report any deviations from approved specifications • Submit inspection reports with photos and observations Detailed KPIs, acceptance criteria, and reporting templates will be provided for each assignment. Engagement Model: • Project-based engagement • Approximately 1–2 assignments per month, depending On production schedules: • Payment will be agreed on a per-task basis Expenses: In addition to the agreed inspection fee, transportation expenses required to reach the factory will be reimbursed separately, including: • One-day electric vehicle rental (if required) • Charging costs • Toll fees • Parking fees Vehicle rental insurance costs are not covered unless agreed otherwise. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in cosmetics, skincare, makeup, or hair care manufacturing • Experience in factory inspections and quality control • Strong reporting and documentation skills • Ability to communicate in English Preference will be given to professional inspection companies. For consistency, we highly prefer assigning the same inspector to evaluate the same product line across future production batches.
