Looking for support to build a comprehensive Cost Estimator for logistics projects. I need a structured project plan where each task is mapped to the appropriate resources and associated costs. I also need a detailed view that clearly shows resource allocation and cost breakdowns in a way that different stakeholders can easily understand. Our current challenge is that we haven’t been able to bring all of this information together into one simple, unified view.
