Summary

You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and scheduling appointments. When booking a job, you will assign the appropriate technician from the list provided and ensure all job details are entered accurately. You will also be responsible for tracking active jobs, monitoring their progress, updating records as needed, and maintaining organized communication between clients and technicians. In addition, you will keep track of payments, record completed transactions, and assist with basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
