Costumer success/client onboarding specialist

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Customer Success / Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team and help manage communication with clients for our credit repair and business funding businesses. Your main responsibility will be to make sure clients are supported, informed, and moving through the process smoothly. Responsibilities: ● Communicate with clients via phone, text, email, and CRM ● Follow up with clients regularly and provide updates on their progress ● Assist with client onboarding and make sure all required information is submitted ● Request, collect, and organize missing client documentation ● Follow up consistently with clients who have outstanding documents or action items ● Keep client records and statuses updated ● Coordinate communication between clients and our internal team ● Escalate client questions or issues when necessary Ideal Candidate: ● Excellent communication and customer service skills ● Highly organized and detail-oriented ● Proactive with follow-ups and client communication ● Comfortable managing multiple clients at once ● Reliable, responsive, and professional ● Experience with credit repair, business funding, lending, or financial services is a plus ● Experience using CRMs and communication tools is preferred We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the client experience, stay on top of follow-ups, and make sure no client falls through the cracks.
