Counted Thread Embroidery Designer

We are looking for an experienced designer to create counted-thread embroidery patterns for traditional Norwegian bunad embroidery. This is not machine embroidery, freehand embroidery, cross stitch, or Hardanger embroidery. The embroidery is worked by counting the threads in the fabric, and therefore the design must be constructed at thread level. The finished pattern must enable an experienced embroiderer to reproduce the design accurately by counting the fabric threads. We need someone who can create: Thread-accurate embroidery patterns Precise stitch placement Perfect symmetry Production-ready embroidery charts Highly detailed vector artwork The level of detail must be sufficient for every stitch location to correspond to the fabric weave.
