Course Creator for Business Workshops & Online Courses

Business Course Creator | Workshops, Workbooks & Online Courses We are looking for an experienced Course Creator to help us develop practical business workshops and online courses for small business owners. Business Growth Stratagem works with New Zealand owner-operators and small to medium business owners to help them improve: * Strategy * Marketing * Sales * Operations * Finance * Leadership * Profit * Scalability This is the first project in our workshop and online course development programme. If this initial project goes well, we would also like support reviewing and improving our existing workshops and courses, as well as creating new ones. ### Initial Project Create a complete business workshop based on our existing framework, topic, and supporting content. You will be provided with: * Workshop topic * Learning objectives * Key ideas * Existing notes or materials * Courtney’s business frameworks and direction Your role is to turn that content into a clear, practical, and engaging learning experience. ### Deliverables * PowerPoint presentation * Participant workbook * Learning activities and exercises * Clear workshop structure and flow * Facilitator notes, where useful * Suggestions to improve the overall learning experience ### What We Are Looking For We need someone who can do more than make slides look good. We are looking for someone who can create the course structure, organise the content clearly, and build materials that are practical and easy to deliver. You should have experience with: * Course creation * Business workshop development * Adult learning * Corporate training * Workbook creation * Online course development Experience creating content around small business, strategy, marketing, sales, operations, finance, leadership, or business growth would be highly valued. ### To Apply Please include: * Examples of workshops or courses you have created * Examples of workbooks or participant guides * A brief explanation of your course creation process * Any experience creating business or corporate training content We are looking for someone who can start soon and may continue with us across multiple workshop and online course projects.
