Course Curator (Remote) Position: Course Curator Location: Remote About the Role Finear is looking for experienced or aspiring educators to join our team as Course Curators. In this role, you’ll identify, evaluate, and curate high-quality online courses that provide real value to learners. Your expertise will help ensure our community has access to engaging, practical, and effective learning resources. Responsibility * Curate high-quality online courses that meet Finear’s quality standards and learning objectives. Requirements * Be an experienced or aspiring educator with a passion for teaching and learning. * Experience in online teaching or tutoring is strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of online learning platforms and digital education. * Excellent research and evaluation skills. * Great attention to detail and the ability to assess course quality. * Strong written communication skills. Bonus Qualifications * Experience teaching or mentoring technology-related courses (e.g., programming, AI, data science, cybersecurity, blockchain, cloud computing, UI/UX, or software development). * Strong understanding of current technology trends and the ability to evaluate technical learning resources. Compensation * $30 for every approved course you successfully curate. * Additional incentives may be offered for curating high-quality technical courses. * Flexible, remote work arrangement.
