# Course Development Specialist | Kajabi + AI + Canva | Long-Term Opportunity (U.S. Contractors Only) ## About the Role I'm looking for a highly organized Course Development Specialist to work directly with me implementing online courses inside my established Course Development Framework. You won't be responsible for creating the overall strategy or curriculum. Instead, you'll transform course outlines, transcripts, copy, assets, and instructional plans into polished, high-quality learning experiences. I'm looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking an existing strategy and turning it into an exceptional learner experience. This is an implementation-focused role with a high level of autonomy. You'll be trusted to move projects forward independently while working within my framework. The role begins with a paid project and has the potential to become a long-term partnership. * I am personally reviewing ALL applications. Your submission will be seen. --- ## What You'll Do • Build and organize online courses in Kajabi • Develop instructional design documents from transcripts and existing strategy • Transform transcripts into polished learner-facing content using my Course Development Framework • Format worksheets, workbooks, PDFs, and course assets in Canva • Implement and QA course assets, downloads, links, and learner experience • Organize project documentation and assets in Google Drive • Use AI to accelerate implementation tasks while maintaining quality • Edit, verify, and improve AI-generated content before submission • Perform basic video editing in Descript (or a similar tool) • Record Loom videos when communicating questions or walkthroughs • Help improve SOPs, AI prompts, and implementation workflows over time --- ## Required Qualifications • 2–5 years implementing online courses, memberships, or digital learning experiences • Strong Kajabi experience • Strong Canva experience • Experience developing instructional content from transcripts or existing materials • Strong AI prompting skills and the judgment to edit and improve AI-generated work • Excellent organization, documentation, and QA habits • Ability to work independently from Loom videos, SOPs, and project briefs • Strong written communication skills --- ## Nice-to-Haves • Experience with Descript (preferred) • Basic video editing experience • Wellness, coaching, or creator business experience • Membership experience • Instructional design fundamentals • Experience supporting digital launches • Interest in a long-term working relationship --- ## Our Working Style We work asynchronously using Loom, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and AI.
