**Short-Form Video Editor — Food & Lifestyle Brand (Dutch Content)** --- **About Cowmit** Cowmit is a premium Dutch protein bar brand built around one simple idea: real food, real ingredients, nothing fake. We're growing fast and need a video editor who can turn raw footage from customers and creators into scroll-stopping short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. --- **What you'll be doing** - Editing short-form videos (15–60 sec) from raw footage shot by customers and creators — mostly in Dutch - Turning UGC (user-generated content) into engaging, on-brand content that performs - Following creative briefings when provided, but also pitching your own angles and hooks when given creative freedom - Adding captions, sound design, music, transitions and effects that feel native to the platform - Delivering consistently — we're looking for someone who can handle a steady flow of content, not just one-off projects --- **You're a great fit if you:** - Have a strong portfolio of short-form videos that actually performed (show us the numbers if you can) - Understand what makes someone stop scrolling, hooks, pacing, sound, storytelling - Can work with Dutch-language content (speaking / understanding the language gives you the upperhand) - Are proactive: you flag problems early, suggest improvements, and don't wait to be told everything - Know CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve inside out - Have experience with food, health, lifestyle or consumer brand content — big plus --- **What we value** We're a small, no-bullshit brand.
