Craft CMS 2 Specialist — Content Build This Week Plus Production Deployment July 16

I'm a Digital marketing consultant with a web development background looking for an experienced Craft CMS 2 developer for a manufacturing client's website launch this month. There are two parts to this, and the first starts immediately. The site is a Craft 2.9.2 build (Twig templates, Tailwind front end) on a DigitalOcean staging server running CyberPanel. The project is a targeted refresh: a rebuilt homepage from a design comp, new header and footer, refreshed copy across five inner pages, and improved mobile responsiveness. First, and this is a question up front. Do you have availability starting immediately, as in today or tomorrow? If so, I'd like you to begin right away on the content portion of the build: implementing the refreshed copy across the inner pages, building out page templates on the existing styling, and setting up two new pages on the current inner-page template. The homepage design build is handled separately, so your lane is clean. This work runs through Saturday July 11. Second, deployment leadership, which has firm dates. Review the full staging build and migration plan, dry-run the migration steps, then lead a live deployment session over Teams with the client's IT contact, handling database migration, file transfer, config, and SSL, and verify post-migration. A DNS cutover fallback is prepped if the migration hits a wall. Prep on July 14-15 with flexible hours, deployment session Thursday July 16 afternoon US Eastern, and Friday July 17 held as a backup window you must be available for. Weekend follow-up availability is a plus. Requirements. Deep hands-on experience with Craft CMS 2.x specifically, not just Craft 3/4/5. Strong Twig and Tailwind front-end skills, not only server-side. Comfortable running a live session while a client IT contact watches. Solid with MySQL migrations, PHP server config, and SSL.
