Create CAD drawings of scanned house plans

I have scanned blueprints showing floor plans and a few partial elevations of a two-story residential home (about 2,000 sq ft). The drawings were hand-drafted by an architect in the early 1970s. I need someone to import them into Auto-CAD and create digital drawings so that we can begin a remodeling project. This job can be smaller or bigger depending on your preference. Here are options for scope: -At minimum, I need the two floor plans (upstairs and downstairs) drafted as a simple 2D CAD file. If you're able to use layers (for plotting with standard architectural line weights), that would be awesome –– but no big deal if you can't! Unfortunately, this part of the job is needed "ASAP," ideally by June 19th at the latest. Pending your estimate/rate, here are some additional options: -If you want a little more work after that, you can also create 2D CAD drawings for the existing elevations. -If you want even more work after that, you can create a partial 3D model using these drawings. An auto-CAD file would be fine, and/or you could import to sketch-up. -Finally, if you want even more work after that, you can use some photos to draft the missing elevations and create a complete (or semi-complete) 3D model of the whole house. Obviously, it might not be perfectly accurate, but that is totally OK for this stage. This 3D model will be only used to communicate the general vision and scope of the project when interviewing and hiring a design-build firm. The firm we hire can measure and re-draft everything as needed. Any of this extra work would all need to be completed by June 26. Thanks!
