I need a freelancer or team to create a complete, ready-to-sell online course under my company brand for contractors and home-service businesses. The course topic will focus on how construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, flooring, pool, and home-service companies can generate leads, use Google Business Profile, build landing pages, manage leads in a CRM, follow up by phone/SMS, book estimates, collect real reviews, and grow their business. I do not want to appear on camera. The freelancer must provide or arrange a professional on-camera presenter/instructor, voiceover talent, or high-quality presenter-led video production. The final course must look professional, trustworthy, modern, and premium. Scope of work: Create complete course strategy, curriculum, module structure, and lesson titles. Research and write original lesson scripts in English. Spanish version is a plus. Create professional slides, worksheets, templates, checklists, quizzes, and downloadable resources. Produce and edit all course videos with presenter, voiceover, graphics, screen recordings, subtitles, thumbnails, and branding. Build the course inside a platform that allows students to pay, access videos, track progress, and receive a Certificate of Completion. The freelancer may recommend Teachable, Thinkific, LearnWorlds, WordPress LMS, or another suitable platform. Create a course sales page, checkout flow, student onboarding emails, and basic email automation. Create a branded Certificate of Completion. Important requirements: This course will be sold under my company brand. I need full commercial and exclusive ownership rights to all deliverables: videos, presenter image/voice rights, scripts, slides, templates, graphics, course files, raw files, thumbnails, and source files. The presenter must sign a perpetual commercial-use release allowing my company to edit, advertise, reuse, and sell the course indefinitely. Content must be original and legally usable. No copied courses, stolen footage, plagiarized content, fake testimonials, or copyrighted material without proper licensing.
