Summary

Looking for a proposal writer that can read and understand all requirements of an RFP issued by the Federal Gov't for a construction contract. We expect multiple drafts with edits along the way. We have examples of old proposals to use, but we don't want someone who will just copy and paste. The proposal should be visually appealing and well formatted.
