Create an Excel Filter for names

Summary

$50 for less than 20 minutes of work. I receive spreadsheets with names several times per week. Many of these names I have no use for. I have created a list of names which I want to filter for every list going forward. It is important we don't accidently filter names that I do need. For example, I want to keep a name like Vincent, but filter out "inc" in a company called water bottles inc. I will provide you with a list, and a blacklist. Your task if to give me an excel formula, code, or anything that I can copy and paste into all of my documents going forward. Thank you for your help in advance!
