Create Figma Layout From Existing Development Site

Developing an industrial data acquisition product that has a web-UI for controlling the instrument and visualizing data. For purposes of discussion, the product is similar to a network router and the web UI is similar in functionality to what you might expect to see on any modern router configuration page - similar to Ubiquiti Unifi user interface (https://ui.com/us/en/cloud-gateways) Currently have a functioning interface developed and are looking for a designer to help with a few aspects of development moving forward: 1) Work with me to create a Figma representation of the current site. My goal is to make some updates to the structure of the current UX and it would be easier to iterate on and test changes in Figma vs implementing on our dev site. This would essentially be working with me to make changes to the UX/flow and implementing new pages/moving components around/etc. 2) There is a UI for a similar product that we feel provides a good user experience, and we want to modify our style/design to more closely align with this other product. Part of the effort of porting our existing prototype into Figma would be getting suggestions from the designer on how to make the site more visually appealing (modifying component sizes, shifting layouts, etc.) 3) Looking for inputs from a designer to create a cohesive design pallete for the UI including color scheme, revised fonts and font sizes, and color pallets for the graphing and other visualization components on the site. The site utilizes Shadcn components, so looking to take the input from a designer and create updated Figma views using Shadcn components. The deliverable should also be a graphic design package including color pallette, fonts, and other components that could be utilized for our public facing site to create a cohesive user experience across our marketing materials and product. Designer must be able to take into account how the suggested color palette looks on physical print media, our public web site, and the actual product UI. 4) Once the Figma representation is completed - including changes to the UX, creating of new page views, and creating a cohesive style package that is applied to the entire design, we would require a developer that can port that Figma design into Storybook. We would then be able to test the UI there, make final changes, and hand those components off to our developer for integration into our product and public site. So the key skills we are looking for include: - Experience with Figma - Experience with Storybook - Familiarity with Shadcn components - Prior experience with UI/UX development on industrial products - Creative individual able to make suggestions to improve the design aesthetics - Good communication skills in English Furthermore, having experience with Blender and being able to create 3D product markups from engineering CAD files is a large plus. We intend to create some product visualizations for our public facing site, and it would be a plus to use the same designer for all work. However, the priority is the web UI development effort mentioned above. If you submit a proposal, having samples of relevant past projects is a requirement.
