Create 82 Individual Lot Site Plans from Subdivision Plat – CAD/PDF to 8.5x11 PDF

We are developing a 82-lot residential subdivision called Camp Swift Estates, Phase 1, located in Bastrop County, Texas. We need a contractor to produce 82 individual lot site plan sheets — one per lot — suitable for use in sales and buyer presentations. What we need: Each of the 82 lots needs its own single-page 8.5x11 PDF showing: - The individual lot boundary (isolated/cropped from the subdivision plat), oriented and scaled to fill the page cleanly - Lot dimensions and bearings as shown on the recorded plat - Adjacent street name(s) labeled - 20-foot building setback lines drawn on all four sides of the lot, per the recorded plat notes (uniform on all lot lines) - A small title block in the corner with: lot number, block, subdivision name (Camp Swift Estates, Phase 1), county (Bastrop County, Texas), and lot size in acres - North arrow What we will provide: - The recorded subdivision plat as a PDF (4 sheets) — available now - CAD/DWG source files from the engineer of record (anticipated — we are in the process of obtaining these and will provide before work begins) We expect CAD files to be the primary working source. If for any reason they are not available, we would discuss a PDF-only workflow separately. Deliverables: - 82 individual PDF files, named by block and lot (e.g., Block-C-Lot-14.pdf) - One compiled PDF with all 82 sheets Ideal candidate: - Experienced in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar (MicroStation, BricsCAD, etc.) - Familiar with subdivision plat work and standard site plan conventions - Able to produce clean, consistent output across all 82 sheets without requiring lot-by-lot direction Timeline: Looking to begin once CAD files are in hand. Open to discussing, but prefer delivery within 1–2 weeks of receiving source files.
