Create Life Safety and Code Plan from laser scan point cloud

Summary

Hello there, we are looking for someone who has the ability to create an Occupancy and Egress Life Safety and Code Plan for a building that has been scanned with a laser scanner. You will receive a point cloud with panoramic images which will be the only reference used to prepare the plans. If this is something you do, please advise and I will share a point cloud with you. The buildings are on the smaller size, being mostly single story averaging 4000 sqft.
