Create Motion Graphic for Premiere Pro

I need to create a motion graphic for Premiere Pro. It will be similar to what you see in this video below, but what I need is more basic. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/bVuFfDfFfU0 The purpose for me is that I'm going to put the numbers up on a screen, and the viewer at home will throw those punches. So it will be more interactive. For example, they will see 1 2 3 and throw that punch combo. the 1 2 3 will pulse in succession VERY fast initially before the viewer responds. For me the text will be larger and the pulse or lighting up of the numbers will be faster in sequence, like quick claps of the hands. The viewer will see it first, then do what it shows on the screen. In other words the lighting up of the numbers will go at a quick preset pace. I need to be able to write in any combination of the following and have them light up: 1, 1b, 2, 2b, 3, 4, 4b, 5, 5b, 6, 6b, 7, 8, D, P, SL, SR For example... 1 SL 3 or 1 4b 3 3 D or 2 3 6 SR etc. It needs to be somewhat flexible. The text will be transparent and will be suitable for a regular landscape video, not vertical like you see in the example. Text would be located in the lower part of the middle third of the screen.
