Create Photorealistic 3D Interior Design from Apartment Floor Plan

I'm looking for an experienced architectural visualization artist/interior designer to transform my apartment floor plan into realistic 3D renders. I already have the apartment layout with dimensions. Accuracy is extremely important. The 3D model must match the real apartment dimensions precisely, as the final design will be used to purchase actual furniture and plan the layout. Furniture placement, circulation space, and room proportions should reflect the real measurements—not just create a visually appealing render. Scope of Work Create an accurate 3D model of the apartment from the provided floor plan. Respect all dimensions and architectural details. Design and furnish each room with realistic furniture sizes. Suggest a modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior design. Recommend materials, colors, lighting, and decoration. Ensure all proposed furniture fits within the available space. Produce high-quality photorealistic renders from multiple viewpoints. (Optional) Create a short walkthrough animation. Deliverables Accurate 3D model of the apartment. 8–15 photorealistic renders. Source files (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc.). Furniture layout with dimensions. A list of the proposed furniture (or similar products) including approximate dimensions, so I can purchase equivalent pieces later. Important Requirements Dimensional accuracy is mandatory. Use real-world furniture dimensions, not placeholders. Maintain comfortable walking clearances and practical layouts. If any measurement in the floor plan is unclear, ask before making assumptions.
