Create Print-Ready Artwork For T-Shirt Based On AI Generated Mockup

I am looking for a graphic designer to take an AI-generated t-shirt mockup and recreate it as print-ready artwork. The mockups show a blue background because the artwork is intended for blue t-shirts. However, we need to order heat press transfers, which requires artwork files with either a transparent or white background. The AI-generated mockups are also raster images and do not have sufficient resolution for printing. The deliverable can be either a vector file or a high-resolution raster file (300 PPI, 12” wide). If delivering a vector, please ensure that all design elements—including text, shapes, outlines, and other graphic elements—are clean, crisp, and faithful to the source image. Please avoid automatic image tracing or unedited auto-vectorization that produces wavy, uneven, rounded, or irregular edges. The finished artwork should look professionally recreated, not simply auto-traced.
