Create a Professional Bilingual (English & Mandarin) Purchase Order Document for a Chinese Factory

We are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese to create a professional factory purchase order (PO) document. This is NOT just a translation project. We already have the content. Your job is to organize, format, and present it into a clean, professional purchase order that a factory can easily follow. We will provide: A 107 page purchase order outline with photos, notes, and requirements. ***About 75-80% of the purchase order outline is large photos. We need these transferred to the purchase order. I can send the google doc so you can take a look at it, so you can get an idea of how long it will take you to do*** A completed bilingual purchase order that serves as the exact style and quality we want you to follow. Responsibilities Create a professional, well-organized purchase order document. Translate all content accurately between English and Mandarin. Arrange photos, tables, specifications, and callouts in a clean and consistent layout. Improve formatting and organization while keeping all technical information accurate. Ensure the final document is easy for a factory to read and follow. Deliver both an editable Microsoft Word file and a print-ready PDF. Requirements Fluent in written English and Mandarin Chinese. Experience creating factory documentation, purchase orders, product specifications, SOPs, technical manuals, or similar manufacturing documents. Excellent Microsoft Word and document formatting skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and ask questions when something is unclear.
