Create Steampunk PVC Pipe Clamps & Decorative Pipe Rings for 3D Printing

This project is a fixed price. This is for 3 different pipe cuffs. I am looking for a talented 3D designer to create a collection of Steampunk/Victorian pipe accessories for my outdoor Christmas and Halloween displays. These parts will be 3D printed on a Bambu H2D printer using ASA filament. These are decorative pieces that will install over standard PVC pipe to make it look like old Victorian steam piping. Project Scope Design a family of matching parts for: * Pipe mounting clamps * Decorative pipe rings/collars * Pipe coupling covers * Optional elbow covers (if time permits) The overall style should match the reference photos I have provided. Pipe Sizes The parts must fit standard Schedule 40 PVC. 1/2” PVC * Outside Diameter: 21.33 mm 3/4” PVC * Outside Diameter: 26.67 mm Please allow approximately 0.3-0.5 mm clearance for easy installation after printing and painting. Pipe Clamps Create wall-mount style clamps similar to the reference images. Features: * Victorian / Steampunk appearance * Raised outer edges * Decorative rivets or bolts * Cast metal look * Smooth printable geometry * Approximately 8-10 mm wide The clamps should wrap completely around the pipe. Decorative Pipe Rings Create several decorative collars that simply snap around the pipe. Ideas include: * Smooth brass collar * Double-band collar * Riveted coupling * Decorative gear collar * Victorian segmented collar * Steam union style collar These are decorative only and do not mount to the wall. Requirements * Designed in SolidWorks, Blender, Fusion 360, or similar * Deliver STEP files and STL files * Parts must be optimized for FDM 3D printing * No unnecessary supports * Clean geometry * Symmetrical where appropriate * Easy to print in ASA Style I am looking for a realistic: * Victorian * Industrial * Steampunk * Cast iron * Brass * Copper appearance. The goal is to make ordinary PVC pipe look like authentic steam piping. Future Work This is the first project in a much larger Steampunk collection. The designer I choose will likely receive additional projects including: * Pipe elbows * Tee fittings * Valve wheels * Lanterns * Steampunk gears * Decorative lighting * Victorian architectural pieces If you have experience designing Steampunk props or highly detailed 3D printable models, please include examples of your previous work.
