We are currently operating in stealth mode and seeking a precision-driven Industrial / Mechanical Engineer to develop our proprietary hardware delivery and structural containment systems into factory-ready technical assets.The product requires a sophisticated blend of rigid plastic fabrication (vacuum forming/thermoforming) and specialized internal hardware mechanisms.Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: 3D CAD Modeling: Develop production-ready 3D models for an engineered, high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) structural chassis and its interior mechanical containment components.2D Engineering Drawings: Generate precise 2D technical blueprints detailing exact dimensions, manufacturing tolerances, uniform wall thicknesses, cross-sections, and mechanical fastener interfaces.DFM (Design for Manufacturing): Optimize parts for commercial vacuum forming and high-tolerance mechanical assembly, ensuring structural integrity and zero material warping under load.Requirements & Qualifications:Elite proficiency in SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, or equivalent industrial CAD software.Deep knowledge of consumer hardware enclosure design, vacuum forming/thermoforming, or multi-material plastic assemblies.Strong communication skills and willingness to refine design files based on specific factory manufacturing constraints. Must sign a NDA and an Intellectual Property (IP) Assignment Agreement prior to project kick-off and full concept disclosure.
