Create artwork for two hats

We’re looking for a merch designer to create artwork for two hat styles. We’ll share visual references, our logo, and color palette to give you a sense of our world. We’re drawn to quirky, playful designs, but these materials are meant as inspiration—not strict rules. We want to see your point of view and give you room to explore creatively. For reference, we love the overall energy of Monphell, Cancan Press, Local (Space), Walk in Paris, and Uncle Rics. This project is focused on the artwork, graphics, embroidery, patches, or other visual elements that go on the hats; we are not looking for someone to design the hat silhouettes or construction. We’re looking for someone who: Has experience designing merchandise, apparel graphics, embroidery, patches, or similar physical-product artwork Can turn a loose creative direction into a few strong, production-ready concepts Communicates clearly about process, timelines, feedback, and any production considerations Is comfortable working collaboratively while bringing their own ideas and design sensibility
