Background: We have just soft launched Writer’s Table, a community writing and storytelling platform for a restaurant gift card & hospitality website. Task: Create physical and digital assets as listed below to help launch Writer’s Table for outreach on owned channels (website and social channels) as well as external reach out to book stores and universities. The aim is to have all assets ready to send in a folder upon outreach to prevent back and forth comms with these contacts. Final assets to be delivered in an editable canva template Assets: Book store assets: -- 1 x A6 - Print Ready Flyer (Design for physical flyer) -- 1 x Original Bookmark (design for physical print) -- 3 x Digital/ Social Assets (3:1 + 4:5 + 1:1) University assets: -- 1 x A5/A6 - Print Ready Flyer Digital flyer (optional print) -- 3 x Digital/ Social Assets (3:1 + 4:5 + 1:1) Best Restaurants Owned Channels Assets: -- 2 x 1:1 - EDM/ Social Tiles -- 3 x 3:1 - insertable banners in editorial -- 1 x 600 x 250px - EDM banner -- 1 x 9:16 - Social Stories - Quotes from article -- 1 x 9:16 - Social Stories - Quotes from article =17 x Mixed Assets in total logos, fonts, imagery inspo, icons and colour palettes and stylistic direction to be shared in full brief. Due: As soon as possible - but there is an option to split the work into phases to account for urgent deadlines and waterfall the rest.
