Create author box template for Divi

Scope of Work: Responsive Author Box Template for Blog Posts We need a developer to create a reusable author box template for our blog posts on Wordpress/Divi. The author box will appear at the end of blog posts and should be easy for our team to add, update, and reuse across the site. There are 7 authors. Some posts will not have a specific author, so it should be possible to have or not have the author box. Content for each author will be provided, and the design will also be provided, including desktop, tablet, and mobile views. Project Goals Create a responsive author box system that allows us to select and display the appropriate author box at the end of individual blog posts. The final setup should be clean, reusable, easy to maintain, and consistent with the provided design. What We Need The selected freelancer will create: 1. A responsive author box template for blog posts. 2. Individual author box versions for up to 8 authors. 3. A simple way for our team to add the correct author box to each blog post. 4. Clear instructions for how to update the author content and apply the author box to future posts. Author Box Content Content will be provided for each author. The content is: * Author picture with 'About the Author' underneath * Author name, credentials *Author title * Highlights of skills * Short bio * Two links and a button The design is two columns with picture on the left and information and links on the right. Design Requirements Design will be provided with desktop, tablet, and mobile views. The template must: * Match the provided design * Be fully responsive * Display properly on desktop, tablet, and mobile * Work cleanly at the end of blog posts * Be easy to reuse across multiple posts * Avoid hardcoding in a way that makes future updates difficult * Maintain consistent spacing, typography, and button/link styling Functionality Requirements The author box should be implemented in a way that allows our team to easily choose the correct author for each blog post. We are open to the freelancer’s recommendation on the best approach. The freelancer can advise on the best implementation based on the current site setup and explain the pros and cons if there is more than one reasonable option. Blog Post Use After the project is complete, we should be able to: * Add the correct author box to a blog post * Reuse author boxes across multiple posts * Update an author’s bio or credentials without rebuilding the design * Keep the layout consistent across the site Documentation / Handoff The freelancer must provide clear instructions showing: * How to update author content * How to add an author box to a blog post * How to change which author appears on a post * Any limitations or things we should avoid when editing A brief Loom video or write up will work. Deliverables The final deliverables should include: * One reusable responsive author box template/system * Up to 8 completed author box entries using provided content * Correct desktop, tablet, and mobile styling * Setup on blog posts or clear instructions for applying to blog posts * Documentation or walkthrough for future updates Freelancer Requirements Experience with: * WordPress * Divi * Responsive design * Reusable templates or dynamic content Questions for Applicants Please include answers to the following in your proposal: 1.
