Create invoices, send them, and record payments. Minimal collections.

Small family company needs someone to prepare weekly invoices (ranges from ~2-8 per week), ship them via PayPal, and monitor and track when/if they are paid. Minimal collection duties (just follow-up emails). I have an Excel template and a short workflow for how I do it. But you are free to improve that workflow and use other tools. You will have access to the Workforce app to download labor hours and 3 transactional accounts for transaction info (only) and PayPal to build and ship the invoices. You will not be expected to keep books or handle money--just build, ship, and track a few invoices each week. The process will require weekly emails and possibly phone calls to ask clarifying questions and understand what charges map to what customer. Estimated weekly hours: 3-4.
