Re-Create an line work illustration in 300 dpi resolution

I have an AI generated illustration that I love (see original image) but need re-created into a high resolution illustration for print with some edits and placement changes made. The illustration will need to be reworked to fit on 5.5"x8.5" cardstock. I will be using it as a backer board for a product I will be selling called a surf squeegee. The actual product, the squeegee, will be lightly glued to the face of the illustrated cardstock which can be easily unstuck by the customer (see mock up). I want the squeegee to fit under the sun, and above the banners, so both are visible when the squeegee is glued on top. The top of the squeegee can cover the sun a little bit as seen in the mock up. Basically you're tasked with copying the original AI illustration and making it fit into 5.5x8.5 card with the placement of the artistic elements so that the squeegee fits according to the instructions above. Copy the original illustration styling as closely as possible, specifically the style of line work with that vintage, engraved, fountain pen and ink styling. Make the noted changes to the text and design elements noted.
