Create a workbook from an already started template

Summary

We have a template from AI with approx 7 pages of a workbook on it. We need to have those pages separated so that we can edit each of them seperatly and use the workbook digitally or printed. We want to change the logo to use our standard one ( below) and add a standard footer, with brand colors and website address etc. also there might be two more pages added to it in the same brand concept. Below is the start and the logo for branding
